2429 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 2429 platform. By registering or using any 2429 service, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. All users in Malaysia are advised to read this document in full before using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2429 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of this agreement.
Use of the 2429 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- A valid Malaysian citizen or resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where use of such services is permitted under local law.
- Have never been suspended or banned from using the 2429 platform previously.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and must not proceed with account registration.

Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 2429 platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Any inaccurate or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
2429 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through supporting documents such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Password Security & Account Termination
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 2429 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 2429 support team immediately. You may also request account closure at any time through our support channels.
2429 reserves the right to permanently close or suspend any account in the following situations: confirmed fraud, use of bots or automated software, verification that the user is underage, or violation of any provision in these terms.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 2429 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers, financial transactions, and communications with the support team.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software or systems (bots) to interact with the platform in any way.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to use your account.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without platform approval.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or game vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Providing false or misleading information during the identity verification process.
- Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of existing balances, and where necessary, 2429 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 2429 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits through a range of approved local payment channels, including bank transfers from major Malaysian banks and recognised e-wallets.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as daily withdrawal limits, are subject to policies set from time to time. Current limit details can be viewed in your account section after logging in.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
Bonuses & Wagering Requirements
Any bonus or promotion offered by 2429 is subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
2429 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
All game outcomes recorded by the 2429 system are final. In the event of any discrepancy, the platform's system records shall be deemed authoritative and will take precedence over any user claims.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
2429 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from wagering, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond the platform's reasonable control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 2429 makes no guarantee that it will operate continuously free of interruptions or errors. We will make every effort to ensure consistent platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.
2429's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the 2429 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and domain names — is the exclusive property of 2429 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 2429.
The 2429 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 2429 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Game names, software providers, and brands mentioned on the platform may be trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification purposes.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
2429 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 2429 platform after any updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of our terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 2429 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 2429 platform will be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of such disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
